What are some programs, scholarships, and awards I should apply to/for to ensure the most impressive resume?

I am a white male from Utah. In this way I am shafted by not fitting into any minority scholarships. My only saving grace is the fact that most Utah seniors go on their 18-month mission for the LDS Church before going to college.

Regardless, what are some of the best scholarships, programs, and awards that I could apply to or for as a white male that would set me above the rest?

There are many online websites that offer you a list of colleges and universities, but most of them are paid.
Here is one website that offer you to browse schools around the world for free (no hidden fees) .
Just complete their questions and they will accept you.
